Best physical fitness program in Sacramento, California (CA) 2024

Dropped in to this gym a few weeks ago on a short trip to Sac and it did not disappoint! Great selection of hours on a Saturday morning (many gyms only offer 1 time mid-morning, but they had 3 I think). I enjoyed the programming, thorough warm up, upbeat music, and coaching was appropriate to the athletes, and fun! Everyone in the class was super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely return if I find myself in the area again! ~Austyn
