Jonathan was the 12th Jeweler I visited in my search for the perfect engagement ring and right off the bat I knew Jonathan was going to be the guy to help me. I had quite specific design in mind and Jonathan made sure I was listened to, never pressured, and helped me create the perfect ring for my fiance - which she is absolutely in love with. Front to back - Jonathan was excellent and patient which is important when your customer has a million questions and thoughts (me). Definitely recommend checking out San Carlos Jewelers. I feel fortunate to have meet Shauna. She is super helpful and very easy to work with. She made a ring smaller for me. It was done well. Only took a few days. And, her price was great. I also like that San Carlos Jewelers was easy to find and get to. I'm going to have to do a wedding band in the future.
