Definitely the quality had lowered. I order a bowl rice and shrimp. Wait 10 minutes for the shrimp, and I got a sad plate with 7 shrimps and COLD rice. And the worst part was the service. The lady that took my order seemed annoyed because I ordered shrimps and they have to be made... then, the cashier looked like I was bothering her. HER voice was not nice. Finally, I asked for sweet and sour sauce, and she literally threw it in front of me. Didn't care to hide her face. Well, Panda Express Fashion Valley. NO RECOMMENDED ~elis

What a great meal! We took my dad and sister for lunch for their birthday and it was so good! We shared the king crab and they’re good with serving you what quantity you want (1lb minimum) and their garlic noodles were really good too! Everything was eaten and they got us refills on water, sodas and beers. We will be back and they were friendly and helpful and overall a great experience! ~Lawrence

Well, it's Panda. The one upside with Panda is that they are one of the most consistent casual food chains, and it really isn't too bad. Make no mistake, this is not Chinese. Not even close. But the vegetables are always fresh, the price is affordable, and sometimes it's simply the best choice you have. As a very health-conscious person I almost never find myself here, but when I do, I can find healthy options (brown rice, steamed vegetables, etc... if you don't know orange chicken is a calorie and sugar/salt/fat bomb, you may have some reading to do) and am never surprised by what I get. Their employees always seem to be well trained and friendly, too! Vegetarian options: A few veg options, enough to have a meal Kid-friendliness: Great kids' bowl option comes with a bag of apple slices and beverage Wheelchair accessibility: Not bad, interior is a bit crowded but everything was easily visible and accessible ~Kira

I'm thinking maybe they heard a black guys voice. May thats how I ended with a bag of tacos out of the trash. There were no problems ordering and the line was short. Popcorn shrimp wasn't cleaned before breading so I decided against eating my $9 meal. I got it with the side of red beans and rice, which had a chuck of fat inside of what I'm hoping was from some type of meat and a dry biscuit that honey couldn't save. The mash and fries were good and so was the 2 PC spicy leg and thigh, but the nuggets were super breaded with little chicken inside. At least the service was 5 stars and the restaurant was clean. ~Jay

Came here with my friend on our way home one day since it's right by our house I figured it was the fastest option for lunch and luckily I was right. I enjoy how fast this location is and how nice they are to the customers bc it really completes the whole fast food experience for me as a customer. I also love that they usually have all the current deals ( 2 for $3.50, 2 for $6, etc..) because I feel like I'm getting the most bang for my buck. Parking: Plenty of parking all the time ~Zack

Worst Experience Ever!! Ordered my kids a cheeseburger happy meal just to get a burger with just meat. I went back in the drive thru for the employee to have an attitude and say my kid had already taken a bite of the burger and they couldn't take it back. "So what do you want?" In her own words. I expressed how he took a bite to realize there was no cheese so I guess you can't take it back but at least maybe give us some cheese to put in there. The employee just rolled her eyes and gave me a piece of cold cheese. At this point I just drove away. This person clearly did not want to help me and obviously did not care about their mistake. We will not be returning here. Such horrible customer service. ~Monica

Girl manager at 9am 10/29 tried to scam me $5.00 they were out of frappes which is fine, she said I could get the 99 cent deal iced coffee. She brought the new drink with the meal and said have a good day. When I asked about my change from the frappe she said the iced coffee was the same price and I don’t get any change… ~Shane

Buon Appetito food is definitely good and worth eating here again. If you’re trying to eat here on Fri-Sun please make reservations, if not you may be waiting a while. The restaurant area spans two locations including the front patio (onto the street)… Our waiter was very attentive and personable. I highly recommend Buon Appetito and would eat here again. Keep up the great work. ~Art
