We pulled in the drive through line 12:30pmish, didn’t come out of that drive thru until 1amish.. It was ridiculous, the long wait. Then, after ordering and then getting home, realized how wrong they were. I order 4 beefy 5 layer burritos, not one of them had “meat” in them!! It was basically bean burritos with a whole lot of sour cream. A ripoff. I also ordered two hard shell tacos for my mother, she claimed they fell apart as soon as she opened them.. It was hardly any meat in them either!! I thought Taco Bell was better than this, what a waste of money… Won’t ever go back to that location, and I would never recommend it.

After waiting in my vehicle for over 30 minutes I finally made it to the pick-up window. The guy apologized for the wait and offered me a soda. Although I declined, it was a nice gesture. When I got home, I wished I had taken him up on it. The meat in those soft tacos were so dry and extremely salty. I couldn't eat any of them. Terrible!

One of the worst TBell meals we’ve ever had. And we’ve had some bad ones. The picture attached is my “burrito supreme”. I’ve worked at TBell. I know what goes in it and I know what it’s supposed to look and taste like. This is definitely not it. Just awful.

Seriously? I ordered a mango slushy for me to drink on a hot summer day to-go. But as I came home to enjoy my drink I notice that my drink looked clear. I thought nothing of it so I took a sip. All I tasted was water. So basically Taco Bell gave me a watered down mango slushy that didn’t taste ANYTHING like a mango slushy😐.

Bad customer service. The line is always closed, they only give you the option to order on the kiosk while there are up to 6 people in the kitchen. Registers are always closed, Long wait times.

Tonight manager a woman was rude and very disrespectful. We spent a good amount of money and for the reason that we drove our "lowrider" she told us to leave the parking lot! We were inside eating. I will never support this location. She totally stereotyped us. We work for the county, hospitals and are nurses. We work hard for our money! Very disappointing

love me some Taco Bell. I have been eating at Taco Bell since 1974. If it was not for the affordable prices and food I enjoy eating during some difficult times in my life. I was also glad I could afford Taco Bells for something to eat. I really have never had a unpleasant experience at a Taco Bell that would cause me not to ever come back. I do miss the enchiritos and Mexican pizzas. See you soon, thank you

The Taco Bell (2626 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego) chain here is an absolute atrocity. I ordered some food and everything came out horribly. They did not include a number of things on my order (hence wasted money), and I received a quesadilla with all the meat in the center and everything else looked like it was literally slapped together (an even more waste of money). QA should definitely consider reaching this food chain, the workers clearly do not care for service and quality of the food that they make. Ruined my experience with Taco Bell. I spent close to 30 dollars for a meal, and received nothing of quality, and some items I did not even receive at all. This chain does not care about quality or it’s customers.

If you ever want to regret spending your hard earned money just go to this Taco Bell. You won’t regret anything else that day but the waste of time and money you spend in this place. There is literally nothing supreme in this chalupa might as well just go buy some flour tortillas and fill it up with tomatoes and lettuce. Now let’s talk about this taco 🤦♂️. It’s incredible I know times are hard but common no dam meat or effort whatsoever on this taco 🌮. This is the 1st time attending this location and it will be the last. Seriously I trust the food from someone selling on the street more then this place. If I could give it a ZERO I would without a doubt. Negative stars should be an option. Taco Bell your glory days are proven to be gone and this is why.

When you are clearly given food that has been sitting for at hours at room temp.🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 As a matter of fact it looks like this bag of tacos may have been pulled out of the trash 🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑 If the health department was functional entity, I would have called them. I'm thinking maybe they heard a black guys voice. May thats how I ended with a bag of tacos out of the trash. There were no problems ordering and the line was short. Features: No safety practices have been observed here.
