I want to preface this by saying this review is low, not for taste. Food was amazing. But, I am now weary about their standards. I've always had issues with the orders not being correct but yesterday I was given the wrong item. We had to drive back and after I did tell them the incorrect food item was opened, they asked for it back. It gives the impression that they possibly still gave it to the person who ordered it and I'm not sure that my food was not handled by another patron before me either. Unnerving and unsanitary practice. I've never been asked to return food items by a restaurant and it didn't sit right with me.

This is the best pizza I've found since I moved to San Diego in 2017. It's always baked to perfection, the sauce is amazing, and they always deliver quickly. I am moving out of their delivery area but whenever I'm around here, I'm definitely going to pick up a pie to take home.

We don't do Pizza so much, but my daughter loves pizza from Bambinos. We ordered the Garlic Cream sauce instead of tomato sauce. This time I ordered 1/2 veggie, 1/2 Meat Lover with extra cheese size Large 14". 🍕 Boy did they deliver! It was thick and loaded; even to the crust you can see veggies! Check out the photos! My husband regularly orders the Greek salad maybe once a week to every other week. He loves it! 😋 🥗 Especially on warm days it's refreshing to have a nice, cold salad. The picture is a medium-sized order. The total cost was about $31.

I've lived in San Diego for 3 years have yet to find an Italian/pizza place I'd return to. That has changed as of today and it's now Bambinos, and let me tell you why. I'm browsing various pizza specials online cause I like pizza and I like deals. Unfortunately So far every deal I've ever gotten has been disappointing and not really "a deal" afterall. So I decided to try Bambinos and I choose the pizza and lasagna special. My expectations are low bc of past experiences so you can imagine my surprise when I received my order(refer to pictures). I MEAN COME ON, COULD THIS GET ANY BETTER? It really couldn't. To my delight a beautiful full sized fresh salad, a 2 liter, garlic bread, a perfectly baked hot hefty serving of lasagna, could serve 3 easily. Pizza- DE-LICIOUS..for thirty something bucks. Are you kidding me. Amazing. Quality Caringly assembled Delicious Value I highly recommend this place as I feel if you try it you will be glad you did. And thank you to the owner and it's employees for making this an amazing food experience. You're commitment to quality can be seen and is appreciated.

Pizza-(4.5 🌟), Sandwiches (4 🌟), Wings (3.5 🌟) Salad dressing (4.5). This is the best Bambino's of all of them and worth the drive. No dine-in options. Pick up & delivery. Best to pre-order. Cash, cards and tips accepted. Unassuming location and questionable aesthetics but they deliver quality ingredients. Every time I walk away, I am a satisfied customer. The pic of this delectable pie is 1/2 mushroom and pepperoni and pepperoni with extra cheese. The sauce does not cause indigestion meaning that they have perfected the blend. I can't say it is fresh but whatever the version it's quite a taste affair. Yes, I would continue to recommend.

I visited Bambino's Pizza recently for a pie and we were pleasantly surprised. Our previous favorite pizza shop closed and we were looking for a new first choice, go-to pie shop. I ordered our pizza with sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms and requested it be well done. We were not disappointed. The pie was great. Crispy brown around the edges and cooked to perfection across the rest of the pie. We also got an order of wings (buffalo), very tasty and a great add to the pie. The cost was easy on the wallet and worth every penny and we'll be back.

This is one of the best pizza places in San Diego. If your in town and want to try a delicious pie for a great price this is it. There crust is light and smoothered with a garlic oil that leaves a tangy memory of what a pizza should taste like. Also if you aren't a marinara fan then I would suggest there italian cheese sticks. It's packed full of cheese on top and the bread is super fluffy with a slight crunch leaving an impression of love when making the dough.

Our friends introduced us to Bambino’s, and we love getting pizza here. Awesome sizes, and the pizza is so good. It’s a hole in the wall you want to love.
