I ordered a kids meal cheese only quesadilla with rice as a side. This is what I got. 2 plain tortillas, rice and random bean juice thrown in there. Im completely flabbergasted I feel like a baby made this. I called the store and the manager hung up on me when I started to explain the issue. Unreal who ever made this order. And even crazier they hang up on you when you ask what the reason was behind this insanity

I tried the new garlic guajillo steak in a bowl with brown rice and several other fixings. It was tasty but unfortunately the steak was on the dry side and had a chew. Everything else, including the peppers and onions, black beans, and green salsa were good. I also had a side of tortilla chips which took the coat of the meal over $15. I don't think I will spend $15 here for dry meat. I wish they would prepare the meat closer to order and not have it sit in warmers for a while.

I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN... LISTEN I would not feed this to my dog. The Store is UNCLEAN. Place is short on labor. We had better sanitary conditions while deployed to Iraq. I'm done with Chipotle altogether. Food is no longer fresh, nor quality, and facility is below par. Great job Normal Heights Chipotle, i'm done for life with this brand.

I am a Hispanic and love Chipole! My family says I should support the family owned mom and pops (Roberto's #30). Chipotle is on my corner, they have fresh ingredients cooked in front of my eyes. They are fast, and consistent.

They give very little serving of everything including meat, rice and guac. This has happened to me couple of times at this point. Management needs to step it up.

i was munching on my burrito and I bit into a hard piece of over cooked rice. it broke my filling and i have blood coming out that mf now :’(

I've been going to this Chipotle for several years now, and it's my favorite of all the Chipotles in San Diego. The staff remember me and even my service dog, they remember what I order, they always have fresh food ready to serve, the line moves quickly during rush periods, and there's indoor and outdoor seating. I recommend this place for brunch, lunch or dinner.

This is a Chipotle in the greater city of San Diego North Park. I was real hungry running some errands I saw it pulled in got the smallest Chipotle burrito I've ever had bummer. Place was a bit messy unclean tables. I hope there's some things we take away from covid. And that is clean the tables and chairs often! Meanwhile employees were happy to chat it up behind the counter in a group talking about....
