Waiting in line for 30 - 45 mins just to see if there is a phone I want. Didn't even take my number like other T-mobile stores so they can text when ready and they have people waiting in the cold. I should have never switched.

The staff is very professional and helpful. I was more than pleased and even surprised with the great customer service the staff from this location provided. I can't say I feel the same for other TMobile locations in the area. I highly recommend this location. Shawn and Bernie were awesome.
