5 Best cell phone store in San Jose, California (CA) 2025

My first visit to Metro to see if they had cell phone protection, case&assesories for my new Samsung. AT&T store did not have any cases for my new phone, Target either nor Sprint!! OMG! Metro has the hook ups4sure!-they have so much to choose from I couldn't decide! very cute store, clean, neat and Marisol what's very helpful! ~Odette

Bought a new phone. Reasonable prices. They rep transfered all my contents passwords and set up my e-mail account and location so I could share with my child. No problems. Great service. Highly recommend. ~Estrella

I just went to this location to purchase a Screen protector for my iPhone, seems like no one care about customers any more , 5 employees there and not even 1 say hi to me , ok not big deal , i open the shelf to find the right piece to purchase and a girl next to me was very focused in her phone texting and she saw me struggling with the models and prices she not even care, so finally i found myself the right screen protector I was waiting patiently in line to check out , so the last customer left and they call next customer and no one respond, i said, " Excuse me I'm waiting " and the sales man named Juan reply to me, Are you in the Waiting List ? What the heck ? no one is here so why i have to do that? I'm not a difficult customer but this store customer service is very poor , actually to be honest i was about to get a new line for my daughter but after this experience i changed my mind , just get it with At&t , bad , bad experience ~Carlos

The best service of all, an excellent place where you can answer your questions. FRANCISCO is one of the smartest people I have seen in this type of business ... a few weeks ago I had gone to pay my bill, and this guy convinced me to take 2 phones and 2 tablets, he explained everything in detail and I received a great price on everything. I personally recommend this store for the knowledge that the employees have. ~Jose
