I went there twice to get a new sim card for a family plan I want to join. First time they gave me a wrong card and killed the service for another mamber in the plan, then the second time, they replaced a new card but I'm unable to make calls or go online. Why are they so good at making things complicated and wrong???

I just went to this location to purchase a Screen protector for my iPhone, seems like no one care about customers any more , 5 employees there and not even 1 say hi to me , ok not big deal , i open the shelf to find the right piece to purchase and a girl next to me was very focused in her phone texting and she saw me struggling with the models and prices she not even care, so finally i found myself the right screen protector I was waiting patiently in line to check out , so the last customer left and they call next customer and no one respond, i said, " Excuse me I'm waiting " and the sales man named Juan reply to me, Are you in the Waiting List ? What the heck ? no one is here so why i have to do that? I'm not a difficult customer but this store customer service is very poor , actually to be honest i was about to get a new line for my daughter but after this experience i changed my mind , just get it with At&t , bad , bad experience

The T-Mobile in the Plant shopping center was the most custom friendly store I have ever been in period. Right when we walked in even when most customer service reps were busy we were greeted and given a wait time! Once it was our turn for help our customer service rep John was on the job making our requests to our account happen! In about 35 minutes we were on our way. I will not be going back to the Monterey T-Mobile store. John great customer service 👏 👍 👌!!!

I’ve had a T-Mobile plan for years and this is the worst service I’ve ever received sitting outside with five employees staring at me Doing nothing on top of that there is a rather large female employee with a bad attitude Made my experience at this location horrible.They have no kind of Structure or set up on how customers are to gain assistance. Upon walking up to the location had to ask another customer if there was a line before entering the store. Then when I try to walk in the store I was told rather rudely that there was only four people allowed inside at which point I asked if there was a line and instead of receiving a simple answer of where a line was I was pointed in a direction and told to check in. There are no signs or designated areas or person to check in with and nobody help me as the same employees that were outside we’re just sitting there listening to music and doing nothing. I will never use this location Again and I am questioning whether I want to remain with T-Mobile in general.Do yourself a favor and avoid this location, the location Near McKee and Capitol much more helpful and structured

This store and it’s staff go above and beyond normal customer service. They helped with every aspect of my cell phone needs. I would recommend this branch above many many others.

My dad and I went to this store to open new line. We were told by Aaron Luu that there was $500.00 trade-in 24 month credit for our iPhone 6 Plus. Instead of receiving a monthly bill credit, we got a bill for the $500. My dad went back to the store a couple of times and tried to resolve issue with Aaron Luu, but he refused to help him. We called the customer service a couple of times, but hitting road block. Aaron Luu misinformed us, and T-mobile doesn't want to take the responsibility of the promotion that Aaron Luu told us. We will bring our business else since you don't see us a valued customers.

I hate to complain but this location/store sucks and gives the brand a bad rap! First off this is not a certified T-mobile store. It's like a franchise of T-Mobile and they lack customer service, don't have a lot of phones in stock. I've given this location plenty of chances as it's on the way to my daughter's school, but they screw up time and time again. And the wait is horrendous! When I called in I asked for the manager. I was told he/she wasn't in. When I asked for the manager's name he said that I had to come in to get the name and refused to give it over the phone, then hung up on me. I was seeing double. Then he wouldn't answer my calls. When I finally spoke to the (sounded like 20-year-old) manager she gave me a bunch of excuses, and did not apologize once. Just mind blowing! The nearest real T-Mobile store is on Hamilton, in Campbell, about 2 miles away from this store. You'll have a better experience there!
