Best fitness center in San Jose, California (CA) 2024

This is hands down one of the best studios in the bay area in terms of instructors and friendly vibe. The studio is clean. Spacious changing room with shower and lockers. I feel cared for and have a great class every single time. All classes are inclusive, supportive with no competitive vibe. Definitely a good work out, great sequence, with a hint of gratitude and self exploration weaved in their teaching. I really like Alison U. ~Linh
