This is hands down one of the best studios in the bay area in terms of instructors and friendly vibe. The studio is clean. Spacious changing room with shower and lockers. I feel cared for and have a great class every single time. All classes are inclusive, supportive with no competitive vibe. Definitely a good work out, great sequence, with a hint of gratitude and self exploration weaved in their teaching. I really like Alison U.

I like the customer service staff (from corporate) and the yoga instructors (from Winchester). I've had about 3 or 4 different ones and they are all good. They give good discounts on yoga products, they have free hair bands (very useful when you forget) and you can rent mats/buy cold water/shower. Monthly membership rates are decent, I like how easy it is to book and cancel classes. Needs improvement: 1. bathrooms need to be WAY cleaner 2. you can't contact the studio directly via phone 3. The company/corporation is 75% organized and 25% disorganized which means you have to work harder to get changes made to you account or to remedy problems 4. Their website needs to be looked at and fixed, tech issues. 5. They follow the same yoga sequence/routine and it does get boring if you’ve been there a long time. Yoga Teacher Training is pretty good. I was at the Golden Triangle location for this. I like the content and teachers, but I ended up opting out of the program after two weeks because they need to focus on organization and giving their students a more seamless process/experience. They say they want us to be respectful their time, it should be mutual and they should respect ours, too. Being organized and thinking ahead about possible big problems would be helpful. Nice staff/community in general…needs to tighten up their processes and tech stuff.

I did yoga sculpt today, the instructor is good but the sanitary condition is horrible. The have the bugs fly everywhere, we have to use the paper towels to catch it through the entire lesson. I killed five bugs since the lesson start, and I believe the people next to me killed more. It’s very scary, don’t think I will go back there again.

Jake is a wonderful teacher. All the staff members are welcoming and friendly. In Jake's C1 class, I am grateful for his attention to detail. I feel it really deepens my practice, through his guidance and encouraging presence. Namaste.

Extremely clean and neat, very friendly staff, most importantly Jake’s class is the best & toughest class I have ever taken in the Bay Area. He’s so good at teaching! I felt like I lost 2 lbs in his class. Like it! Will definitely come back to his class!

Great yoga studio, my Go-To place to let go of life’s challenges. Teachers are great, lots of classes. Winchester CPY is a community and all are welcome. Great manager - Jake. You get a great workout - highly recommend Allison or Jake’s sculpt classes.

This was my first time doing hot yoga. i was nervous because doing yoga with sauna like temperatures is daunting. Sabrina did an amazing job as the instructor. I never felt more relaxed! i will be returning to do more yoga and hope to have Sabrina again as my instructor!

Great place! My favorite location out off Silicon Valley and LA. Powerful and challenging classes. After doing yoga here I am feeling more concentrated, stronger, relaxed and have more mindfulness. Great teaches who guide you, always help and adjust postures. The instructors are top-notch. Melissa, Shannon and Kate are incredible. Bring yoga in your life to build up positive aura, live within your consciousness and spread happiness!
