Swim most mornings, and the staff are always cool. The pool is clean and generally heated,the hottub is of course delightful.

I started coming here about 2 years ago. At that time I would have given this gym 1 star. It has improved quite a bit. I still would prefer to go somewhere with more ventilation

The employees at this dump hate their life so much they can’t even show up to open the gym on time. Pure trash. Charging people money with false hours.

The gym is good, but when it comes to canceling a membership, they try their best to give you a hard time and delay your cancellation. I called today and they refused to cancel my membership. The operator says that I need to wait for the manager to come, 2 or 3 days. And even when the manager comes, he will not cancel it. He needs to review your file first, and call you back( I explained I am very busy , and I may not be able to answer, the operator sorry sir, this is how it works!). It means it will probably take days or weeks just to cancel my membership. Stealing money is not good !!!. , Please respect customers' right to cancel.

A bit run down. Could use better cleaning in evening. Should be called fitness 15, due to closing early. The AC blows right in your face when you run on treadmill. Many of the treadmills are outdated and don't work. They do try to fix them though. Spa, jacuzzi, sauna are great.

Name is 24 hr fitness but they arent even open 24 hours, complete waste of money and false advertisement.Would give it 0 starts if possible. Not really 24 hr fitness is it? If I want to be active and workout at 2am at “24 HOUR fitness” i can’t, BECAUSE THEY ARENT 24 HOUR FITNESS! People at the front desk was super nice though.

I would like the aquatics teacher back so we can do water aerobics. Loved Maddie and the workouts she suggested is wonderful. You would have gotten five stars if you would have kept the water aerobics because that's why I started going to your facility

Kevin and the front desk is horribly disrespectful, his attitude with the customer wasn't appropriate, lack of professionalism, he denied to explain how membership works. He didn't let me and my friend as guest in to workout while I pay 52.99$ per membership monthly and I'm fully allowed to bring one guest anytime and this was the first time in a year of membership that he didn't allowed me in this branch to bring guest, he said every gym has his own policy while 24 hours supposed to have same policy national wide but he reject that. I had the worst experience from this branch since I'm a 24 hrs member.

Nice weight and cardio equipment. It would be nice if all the cardio equipment worked. Half of the stairmasters are broken. 1/3 of the elliptical machines don't incline. There does need to be another pec fly machine, as there currently is only one and it is allways in use. There is a HIIT cycle class offered twice a week that is pretty good. But, the gym still insists on the Les Mills brand classes like BODYCOMBAT;with maybe 15 people. And, they are not as fun as the turbo kick classes they had before; which were always full.
