2nd time doing mobile app at this location. If I would have did a review a day before this morning it could have been 5 stars. My perspective is that working under demanding pressure effects the overall quality of service including production. That is to say the previous morning was not busy as today. Like I mentioned to the staff time is money. And by not being prepared effected my income as I rely on fast past service through mobile apps to have the luxury of quick and quality service. I particularly choose this location because of the fluke stop from the previous money. The most disappointing part was the hefty tip in advanced I applied to my order. Extremely disappointed today. But I’ll have to be desperate for my morning fix if I choose this location again. Anyways I do appreciate that staff service regardless of this disappointing encounter. Big 5 is one of my family go to for camping, fishing, shoes, sporting and work out equipment. Staffing is very helpful. Things could be easier to find if the store was more organized. Restrooms are not open to the public which I completely understand due to COVID-19 plus restrooms are located in the back room which only employees are allowed! This is not Walmart or target! Need a restroom go to the restaurant next door, Starbucks, or Walmart! Making a big fuss out of nothing is insane. And as for pricing my understanding the warehouse the items are delivered from are the first to mark the items just like any other store. If looking for deals I suggest to sign up for their email offers which are one-day sales, weekly sales and monthly sales. But you gotta catch them in time. Great store! ~Lisa

This shop has all the benefits. They provide 3D scan for the perfect insole match for your condition. Good variety of products. However, my favorite part of shopping here was the customer service. I was helped by two ladies (Mina & Jennifer if I’m not mistaken) and they were able to put a big smile on my face. Polite, helpful, kind and on top that they made me feel heard about my feet condition and were solution oriented. 👍 ~Denis

Always received the neighbors mail and the mailman was still on the street when I noticed it so I went up to the mailman and I said excuse me you mailed the wrong mail to my house this is my neighbor's mail and I handed it to him and I said where is my mail and he goes oh you must not have got any today and I said yeah I didn't get any because you mailed it to the wrong house dude ~angelica
