Staff is not friendly at all, they take too long to make the drinks even tho they don’t have a drive thru. And they removed all the chairs in the coffee shop so you won’t stay long. If you’re looking for somewhere to work or sit and talk, this is not it. Also the bathrooms are very very dirty.

1st and 4 most it says this location has DRIVE Thru...NO IT DON'T‼️‼️I went in & stood in line for 11 minute's just finally order and be told she didn't have change for a Hunred dollar bill. Which I think is COMPLETE B/S THAT PLACE WAS FLOOD'ED WITH CUSTOMERS‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

2nd time doing mobile app at this location. If I would have did a review a day before this morning it could have been 5 stars. My perspective is that working under demanding pressure effects the overall quality of service including production. That is to say the previous morning was not busy as today. Like I mentioned to the staff time is money. And by not being prepared effected my income as I rely on fast past service through mobile apps to have the luxury of quick and quality service. I particularly choose this location because of the fluke stop from the previous money. The most disappointing part was the hefty tip in advanced I applied to my order. Extremely disappointed today. But I’ll have to be desperate for my morning fix if I choose this location again. Anyways I do appreciate that staff service regardless of this disappointing encounter. Thanks for listening.

Nothing to give. Starbucks known as really friendly staff, but this one isn’t one of them. Giggling around while customers ask for their drinks. Take almost an hour. And guess what my ordered was mobile. Imagine if I walked how long am I gonna take. If anyone rushing to work don’t ever stop by this location. Go to the one next to target way better staff. Fast and friendly. To barista : if you don like your job, you should quit 😃

Starbucks makes coffee. I like coffee. Makes me alert and able to move from couch to car then to work. This way I can keep present wife clad in fake diamonds and she won't leave with the pool boy. To recap : Starbucks = Coffee Coffee = Good home life #Starbucks Saves Lives

This place has really gone downhill. I use to work here and I’m really surprised that it has been in the condition it has for so long. It’s dirty, even after they remodeled it, it’s always dirty. The parking lot is also filthy when I worked here we had to go out and sweep it occasionally so it looked nice but now there’s always trash everywhere. The staff is disorganized, drinks take forever and I waited quite a long time with my drinks sitting just on the other side of the counter for mobile pick up, no one calls out the names. I thought maybe Starbucks just wasn’t what it used to be but recently I went to a different location and it was great.

I usually stop by here on my way to work and order a drink. I always ask light on the ice and i am not sure why that's even an option if it's not going to be given that way. Light on the ice means go easy in the ice. If my drink has more ice than liquid that is clearly NOT light ice. I want to know why is this a recurring issue. Is it carelessness or is it training issues or is it just so hard to follow instructions.

One of the lady barista, who is short, fat and have long curly hair, is so rude. I did order the cold drink iced Starbucks blond caramel latte, the guy took my order kept asking me four times about my order even though I showed him the picture of the drink that I wanted. Then the coffee came out was a hot one, not a cold that lady barista said so rude to me that I should say “iced”. How about I showed the picture? The name of that coffee is come with iced, right? Actually, to give better service, they should said sorry for making the wrong one and change the new one for me, instead of saying rude to customer. Bad service and no more coming here

You guys need to clean this place up. This place up. I went here to use the bathroom and I just happened to have time to observe all these layers of dirt and gum stuck to the floor. Tons of dust on the vents garbage on the floor. There were like 7 people working at the time. Why aren't some of you cleaning? Bathroom smelled like old urine. Dirt from months of not cleaning. You need to get this place professionally cleaned. I did not order anything to drink. Was tempted until I saw how dirty it was. You need to do better!!!
