This shop has all the benefits. They provide 3D scan for the perfect insole match for your condition. Good variety of products. However, my favorite part of shopping here was the customer service. I was helped by two ladies (Mina & Jennifer if I’m not mistaken) and they were able to put a big smile on my face. Polite, helpful, kind and on top that they made me feel heard about my feet condition and were solution oriented. 👍

This place rocks with service to die for. Mike knew exactly what I needed. He was professional, and provided friendly old fashion customer service. He took his time to show me all my options. I couldn't be more satisfied. If you need shoes come here and ask for Mike, he is the best there is. Unmatched quality products with excellent service. It doesn't get much better than that.

I came here to get nonslip, slip resistant black work shoes. I first bought a pair of work shoes but i ended up not liking the style of it and it was causing discomfort. I wore them once and they still allowed me to return them and exchange them for another pair. The staff here are very kind people and Eric was great help. He helped me find another pair of shoes with amazing insulin. I definitely recommend coming and checking out what kind of shoes they have expectially their work shoes!

Mina was awesome! I got her card and I will definitely be going back there to get more shoes. She took so much time with me at the same time helping guest that just walked into the store. The other on salesperson was good to I saw him with other customers said my experiences with Mina she was very good very very good very knowledgeable helpful patient I explained what I wanted in a shoe and she hit it right on. When you go ask for Mina.

This shoe store hands-down has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. And I’m not young. George, Mike, and Mina went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, educate you about shoes and feet, and their level of customer service is worth paying more. I don’t think I’ll ever try another shoe store as long as I’m in the bay area. I bought my first pair of shoes there and ended up returning and exchanging them for something else with no problem. And then last minute I bought another family member a pair of shoes and they had them ready to. They treated us like we were all friends or family. I think the staff at the store could teach other stores a thing or two about how to treat customers and how to provide a warm authentic family experience. Thank you Becks in San Lorenzo! The price is worth the super service and the quality of shoes. You have new customers for life. Thank you so much! Ps. The first day I was in the store, I worked with George, who was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable and as I was walking out he said I know you’ll be back for the SAS shoes. And sure enough he was right and I was back for those same shoes. When I came back in to exchange the Birkenstocks for the SAS, I met Mina and she was fabulous, knowledgeable and so kind. And then about a week later I brought in a family member and needed to issues urgently and Mike had us all set up and was completely engaging with my family member and provided super high-quality service. It’s so refreshing to find a store that treats people the way George, Mina and Mike treated me and my family. Thank you!!

Nearby Big Five didn't have good running shoes; just the wrong price point. I wanted to drop $200 on a solid pair of shoes, and Big Five's were running $60 or less. Since I'd gone to the trouble of driving over, I stopped in at Beck's on the other side of the parking lot. Eric Kahler was the sort of shoe salesman you would have sworn disappeared in the 20th century. Smooth, knowledgeable, friendly, he probably talked to me for a good 15 minutes. Almost convinced me to put on a pair of New Balance, though that's not my brand. He didn't have Saucony or Mizuno in stock, which is what I really wanted, so he found where I could buy them and referred me to a competitor - the true hallmark of a good salesman. I can tell you, if what he has in stock is what you want, you'd do a lot better getting it from him. And yes I checked online later; the relatively miniscule markup on the shoes does not at all compensate for Eric's time or the cost of the store.
