Big 5 is one of my family go to for camping, fishing, shoes, sporting and work out equipment. Staffing is very helpful. Things could be easier to find if the store was more organized. Restrooms are not open to the public which I completely understand due to COVID-19 plus restrooms are located in the back room which only employees are allowed! This is not Walmart or target! Need a restroom go to the restaurant next door, Starbucks, or Walmart! Making a big fuss out of nothing is insane. And as for pricing my understanding the warehouse the items are delivered from are the first to mark the items just like any other store. If looking for deals I suggest to sign up for their email offers which are one-day sales, weekly sales and monthly sales. But you gotta catch them in time. Great store!

My trip was ok what I didn't like is the fact I couldn't get the pellet gun I wanted because my wallet was stolen a week prior and they wouldn't accept a picture of my ID front and back of my card stored in my phone ... I keep all photo copies of all my important this of the such.... And they are really expensive, beyond... Too overpriced!!!!

Not really a good selection here guys. The cashier lady starred at me when I walked in and she looked chaotic. No greeting, no help the 5 minutes i walked there. I asked for help from a different employe and he had no clue what I was talking about... sadly to say I won't be visiting this location anymore.

I placed an online order and UPS lost the package. Spoke to Big 5 customer on 3 different occasions and they were very helpful and professional every time. They provided a refund. I located the items in a store and customer service called the store and asked them to hold the items for me and give me the sale price I had originally paid on line. Manager in store gave me an additional 10% for the inconvenience. The gentlemen in the back who brought out other shoes for me to try on was amazing and so helpful. Everyone was fantastic. Will definitely shop there a lot more.
