Best auto repair shop in Santa Clara, California (CA) 2024

Exceptional service at Euro Clinic. Brought my Shelby GT350R in for an oil change and inspection and they made me feel right at home. I have a hard time trusting people with this car but Bernard and the staff were very professional and gained my trust right away. Waiting room is excellent with a very large lounge space, snacks and drinks, clean bathroom and WiFi - I really have never seen such a nice waiting room. Shop is in the CarFax network which is a huge plus and something that I wanted to have for the vehicles record. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on, it’s in good hands. Thanks! ~Justin

Took my Jeep for a brake replacement. The price was the best among all 9 shops I called around the area. The service is on point and they got my car in time for me to travel despite being really busy and me not notifying them about dropping off my car. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. ~Khaled

This place is GREAT! I had to wait a while for a space to open up, but I waited in the comfort of my car and with my 3 year old contentedly watching my phone. Once we were taken, the gentlemen were fast, efficient, and very nice to talk with. I was able to stay with my young daughter, in the car, the entire time and it was AWESOME! Also, an example of how nice these guys are: A lady got out of her car even though there was a sign stating, "Stay in your car." Instead of getting upset and talking impolitely to her, the gentleman kindly told her she could stay in her car and he would come and help her in a moment. Talk about customer service! In this day and age, it feels like so many (including those in customer service) are quick to rudeness and this was truly a breath of fresh air! Thank you, gentlemen! ~Amber
