Euro Clinic has a great customer experience. They provide a detailed online estimate of repairs, listed in priority order, so you can pick and choose what repairs to do, if you're not wanting to tackle all of them immediately. If you have questions, someone will be available via a phone call to answer them. You pay for the service when you pick up your car. They email you a copy of your invoice. It's all convenient, and efficient. The repair work is top quality, too. When they inspect the customer complaint, they take lots of pictures that they include with the estimate. You can see the before-after if it is relevant. The work was done quickly, and my car was returned as clean as when I dropped it off. I had not known of (Dub) EuroClinic. The previous owner of my car swore by the quality of their work. Since he had been dealing with them exclusively for all his cars, I decided to try them out. I'm planning to continue with them. I have had my cars serviced at Euro Clinic multiple times and have never been disappointed. From the customer service to the repairs performed down to the cost, they have all been very good experiences. The most recent time was what I thought may have been my transmission which can be very costly. However, they assured me the diagnostic may result in a number of other possibilities. The end result was a fuel pressure sensor replacement which they took care of for a reasonable price. I drive from Fremont to Santa Clara and will continue to do so every-time I need my cars worked on.

Exceptional service at Euro Clinic. Brought my Shelby GT350R in for an oil change and inspection and they made me feel right at home. I have a hard time trusting people with this car but Bernard and the staff were very professional and gained my trust right away. Waiting room is excellent with a very large lounge space, snacks and drinks, clean bathroom and WiFi - I really have never seen such a nice waiting room. Shop is in the CarFax network which is a huge plus and something that I wanted to have for the vehicles record. I’ll be bringing my car here from now on, it’s in good hands. Thanks!

I dropped my car in for several inquiries and they did a great job. They also helped me inspect the car every time and offer suggestion. I would say it is a bit higher labor fee compared to other shops. But they deserve it. I definitely will come back.

I had a great experience at Dubclinic! I dropped off my Golf R at 8am for a 60k service and the car was ready by early afternoon. When I dropped off my car, Bernard noticed I had listed a squeaking noise from the front suspension I wanted checked out. He pulled in a technician & asked me to drive down the block to replicate it (luckily it was nothing). Bernard also patiently answered my questions as well. Definitely coming back! Dubclinic is the place to go to have your Audi, Volkswagen, or Porsche fixed. Bernard is the best mechanic I worked with. Never overcharging, always proving a warranty for the service, and always making sure he rapairs things that really need to be repaired. I’ve been going to Dubclinic for years and would never look elsewhere. As a plus, the waiting room is great with drinks and snacks so you can get work done waiting for repairs. Highly recommended. This is really a great shop. I brought my Audi here several times, they are very professional and did the jobs very carefully, they know the cars well and also how to protect them, they solved the check engineer light for me where many other shops could not. I also did some body kit works, they did a very great and clean job. Manager Bernard is a great person, easy to talk, willing to help and could explain in depth for me.
