This review is long overdue. Plain and simple, make an appointment with Annie F. If you wish to have someone give you the 5 star treatment while you spend your hard earned money on that item you’ve had your eye on, then Annie is the perfect fit. She is the model of how every Cartier ambassador should conduct themselves while servicing a client. My wife and I made our way into the boutique (without an appointment) and we were fortunate enough to be assigned to Annie. From the start, her welcoming smile and genuine demeanor set the tone for an unforgettable buying experience. I wanted to treat myself to a watch for my birthday but wasn’t exactly sure on the color and configuration - I just knew I wanted a Santos. Annie took the time and walked me through every Santos model in the boutique. I ultimately picked the watch in the attached photo and I have been so happy with the purchase ever since. I also purchased a love ring for my wife - which Annie provided the same attention to detail. Annie was also so kind to follow up via text to ensure I truly loved my watch. You often hear others express their disappointment in their Cartier experience, but I can guarantee that you will have A1 service and the attention you deserve when making a purchase if you entrust your time and money with Annie.
