Cartier is great. Not this store. It’s rude here. Upon our intro of “we want to try different style engagement ring to see what fits best”, the salesman shut down conversation with “you need to do some homework before I can help”. Excuse me?? Also when we asked if we could try one particular ring on display, the salesman said “no it’s too expensive - I need to call security if you want to try”. What is he trying to indicate……? Cartier is now officially off my selection list because of what the salesman said to me.

Had appointment today since I wanted to check out the love bracelets and to see which one looks better and fits better . Our SA Morris was very professional and helpful. He gave us all the information and I was able to try and check out the bracelets.overall great customer service.

Worst SA experience ever, including lux stores and even ZARA. The asian SA pronounced as "Yuki" was so rude and made me feel I was not welcomed and stupid. My partner and I went there for wedding band, I let him know which styles we liked, but he was so inpatient and upset. For the 1st style, I told him I was a size 5, he replied in an arrogant way that "Oh we are using mm"... Then he gave us two rings to try and while trying, he warned in an angry tone "don't push it into your finger" (which he thought was the right size) as if we were destroying the ring. Then he kept emphasizing "no big size no big size no big size here and he needed to order (but he didn't want to?)". For the 2nd ring, he was even worse... not professional and act in a really wired way. I went to the store aiming at finding the right ring size and style and then SA helps us ordering if they don't have in store, but it ended up such an unpleasant journey. We were there talking with him for only 5 minutes and felt so uncomfortable, and then we left ended up buying in Tiffany.

Unprofessional sellers, you don’t feel welcome walking in store. They just look for another sales instead of patiently find out what you need. No diversity in sellers. Some can’t speak proper English.

Very bad customer service. I see there are more Asian SAs in the luxury industry. Some of them are nice, some of them are bring those bad habits thinking that if they are working in an expensive shop so they are expensive too. Especially for the young ones. Well if you are rich enough, you don’t sell stuff at mall

When we went there were only 4 or 5 people in the shop, but the guard still asked us to wait at the door, so not sure, now they stipulate how many customers can be in at the same time? The sales didn’t introduce the necklace for I selected.

I came a little late for my appointment and felt awful about that. But our helper Jesse didn't show that this was a problem. I spent enough time choosing my love bracelet. We left the store with a bracelet and a gift for our upcoming baby from Jesse, which felt very nice. I wish to come there more often=) PS The experience is much better than at Tiffany.

Pretty great service, I went in with my partner to choose our wedding bands and we were helped by Yorky Chaing-Kay who made us feel very welcomed. I definitely do not know jewelry but Mr. Chaing-Kay definitely knew how to explain every piece we looked at and made me feel comfortable about my selection. I would highly recommend purchasing your next piece of jewelry here.

This review is long overdue. Plain and simple, make an appointment with Annie F. If you wish to have someone give you the 5 star treatment while you spend your hard earned money on that item you’ve had your eye on, then Annie is the perfect fit. She is the model of how every Cartier ambassador should conduct themselves while servicing a client. My wife and I made our way into the boutique (without an appointment) and we were fortunate enough to be assigned to Annie. From the start, her welcoming smile and genuine demeanor set the tone for an unforgettable buying experience. I wanted to treat myself to a watch for my birthday but wasn’t exactly sure on the color and configuration - I just knew I wanted a Santos. Annie took the time and walked me through every Santos model in the boutique. I ultimately picked the watch in the attached photo and I have been so happy with the purchase ever since. I also purchased a love ring for my wife - which Annie provided the same attention to detail. Annie was also so kind to follow up via text to ensure I truly loved my watch. You often hear others express their disappointment in their Cartier experience, but I can guarantee that you will have A1 service and the attention you deserve when making a purchase if you entrust your time and money with Annie. Thank you Annie.

I came to Cartier at 7:00. Might have been 7:01. I didn’t see the time. I can understand they close at 7. I actually wanted to buy cufflinks, a pen and a lighter I saw in the window for thanks giving. When I was seeing the window there was a line and they let some people in. So I stood at the door being courteous of the covid reglulations. This little guy in the store sees me and instead of telling they are closed , rudely closes the curtains. He didn’t have to let me in. All he had to do was tell me they are closed and then close the curtain. Felt very rude. 15 minutes later I am writing this review from montblanc. And in those 15 minutes I walked here and also selected the Elvis Presley cufflinks and pen. And am paying for it now. Cartier should teach their staff the service they are expected to provide. A person who comes to spend money at Cartier is not a nobody. And even if it is a nobody they should still give the customer the service they deserve. All montblanc did was tell me they are closing soon and I made it quick.
