I would happily give this gym a 5 star review if they would get the basketball court going again. The gym is clean and spacious and has great equipment. As other reviewers have noted there are no gyms in Solano county with a basketball court-seems it would be a no brainer from a business standpoint to reopen the court here. The machines taking up the court only cover half the court, are rarely in use, and most of them are redundant. I am a casual weightlifter and an avid basketball player, so it's really hard for me to justify paying the membership for no basketball. I've been told multiple times over the past year or so that they're "thinking about" opening the court back up. Seems like that carrot is being dangled with no actual plans to do it, so I'll probably be canceling my membership soon. Please consider opening the court, not because you necessarily care about current members, but because it will bring a lot of new/returning members. ~Harrison

Big spacious gym in a nice part of town. Loads of equipment and incredible trainers. They have a room for kids which is nice for parents. Alternative options in Vacaville don’t compare. CrossFit can be intimidating for some people but there are a variety of experience levels here and there is something for everyone. It’s nice to show up and have a workout plan already made for you instead of spending mental energy to create your own workouts alone. They will usually allow first timers to come for free on a Saturday to see if you like it before committing, so come check out CrossFit Vacaville North! ~Shae

Our experience at T-Mobile Vacaville was great thanks to the great customer service given by David S. He went beyond the call of duty by providing us with an overview of all the options available for us to upgrade our phones to the latest model. Even more so, David wrote down everything that we needed to successfully complete our order and referred us to Lawrence L. since he was going to be out of the office when we were next able to return. Lawrence carried on the excellent customer service and helped us not only order the phones that we wanted, but also assisted us in choosing the right accessories. ~J

Our existing laptop was at end-of-life. Adding an updated hard-drive was the last step, and was cost prohibitive. Computer/IT isn't our Cup of Tea, so we decided to give the folks at "Switzer" a try. They recovered/transferred/saved all Our existing data, added a few upgrades to the "new" laptop, and provided a backup source for Our use if needed. I consolidated my verbage for the aforementioned tasks performed. But if this sounds like this might meet Your needs, consider Switzer. We are happy with the services provided. Our experience with these folks are they were professional, helpful, and understanding.The costs are reasonable, the Techs listen to Your needs, and only perform approved work. Overall a good experience. Came in to register a car. Didn't have all the documents on hand but they were able to help get those on the spot instead of turning me away. Process was a breeze and took less than an hour. Can't imagine what it would've been like had I gone to the DMV instead (probably would've had to come back another day, etc.) Decent customer service and the receptionist in front is really welcoming (she went above and beyond). If you're a AAA member I'd recommend coming here to register a car as opposed to dealing with the mess that is the DMV. ~Jack
