Our experience at T-Mobile Vacaville was great thanks to the great customer service given by David S. He went beyond the call of duty by providing us with an overview of all the options available for us to upgrade our phones to the latest model. Even more so, David wrote down everything that we needed to successfully complete our order and referred us to Lawrence L. since he was going to be out of the office when we were next able to return. Lawrence carried on the excellent customer service and helped us not only order the phones that we wanted, but also assisted us in choosing the right accessories.

I been going to this T-Mobile for well over 3 years now and I have never come across anything bad or even bad a experience. Kiana has helped me in the past and she was and is extremely kind and helpful. Yesterday 4/7/22 I came in there to see if I can upgrade my phone and pay my bill. It was around 6:30 ish. I think his name was randy. I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone and he said I didn’t have Jump! Which is an easier way to upgrade my phone. I still owed on my phone and even suggested I open a new line then trade in my phone. Seemed like a huge amount of money and just too much. Contacted support directly through the app and now I’m getting my iPhone 13 pro max and the agent even waived the 2 day shipping cost.. and I’m also trading in my phone. I’m not sure what randy didn’t see but the only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because of kiana.

We went today to the T-Mobile office and we did not had a good experience especially with that lady name Sammy look like she wanted to rush you in and not really help us at all we trying to ask her question and she was rude

This Store is clean, welcoming, and the Employees are awesome, and selection of phones are great. The Store on Helen Power in Vacaville,CA gave me a horrible experience so I went to the Nut Tree Store in Vacaville,CA and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the phone that I wanted and made my experience excellent. They let you know when you walk in that door that you (the customer) is #1!!! This will be the T-Mobile store I will be coming to from now on. Thanks to the T-Mobile Team At the Nut Tree Store you all are awesome!!!!

I have visited the Vacaville T-Mobile location more than 15 times over 6 years and the staff are generally pleasant, they know their products well-sometimes to an intermediate level and seem to really care about what they are doing. This was John Legere's legacy...to make T-Mobile into a more customer-friendly cell phone company, they are still executing well even though he is no longer the CEO. Adding in the significant military discounts they give me, it is a pleasure doing business with them all these years.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced here. We have been customers for years and today we were pushed back in line because some customer that was previously there had left and came back. The employees were rude to my husband. Nicole the manager was no help!!!!

Worse customer service. I usually come in and get the information i need and don’t complain of the poor treatment but this morning was the last straw! I called in at 10 am and didn’t get any answer waited around again untill 10:30 and finally got an answer and while i try to explain my situation to the worker he says “yeah yeah ! But could you hold for some minutes” i agree nicely being understanding and i wait on hold untill 11:20 am when they pick up and hang up the phone right after i immediately call back after and get no response. The customer service is usually poor anyways but this morning was it for me please train your employees or just get better ones. (i would give 0 starts but i can’t)
