Great Service! I had a tire blowout while passing through nearby & was towed here for service. They examined all of my tires, recommended replacing 3 (they were original to the vehicle & nearly 10 years old, so not an unreasonable or unexpected recommendation; the 1 not recommended for replacement was much newer as they recognized), and had me in & out and back on the road in under an hour. ~Shannon

I came into the store at 6195 E 73nd today to sell some speakers. The last 5 stores I went to left a horrible taste in my mouth. Thanks to Patricia and her wonderful customer service and the help she was able to give I will continue to sell products at this location and will return in the future for purchasing as well. It was wonderful to see and be helped by someone who generally loves her job and her customers. As long as she's around I will be as well. ~Ash

Awful experience. We rented a forklift from Rob. We rented on a Friday. It worked, at first, but then, stopped functioning entirely. After a while, it would start if you tried starting it for long periods of time and you had to pray it would start. We lost more than two days' worth of time on our machine because it was set up for this specific project. We tried calling several times and our calls were not returned and the voice mailbox for Rob was full so we were unable to leave a message. When we finally got him on Sunday, he said he would not come to pick it up as they do not work on Sundays. They do charge for Saturday and Sunday, but they're not available to fix a broken machine nor will they pick it up. When I explained the machine was not working, Rob stated this was an 'unforeseen' circumstance and offered a 10% refund. Our machine that was tied up due to their incompetence runs at $120 per hour. I finally called the main office and Dennis, the owner, made some excuses but did agree to only bill us for 2 days instead of 4, a total savings of far less than what we lost (16 hours worth of time on our $120/hr machine). We were still billed for all other incidentals including delivery and pick up fees. He did not offer any apologies nor acknowledge our lost income. I would highly recommend being diligent about your dealings with Western Material, Western Engines, and ABetterForkLift.com. ~Stefanie

They need to update hours online, all locations. Also, I don't like that they have few affordable selections and those are often sold out. They always tell me the company determines how many of each phone they get. I feel this is a lie. I do like the prices of services plans, it's the only reason I stay with the company. ~taco

Big thanks to Zac at Masek Golf Carts for this new toy. Turned out better than expected. If you are looking for a custom golf cart be sure to go to Masek. I had a pretty large list of upgrades. Although it took a while (normal supply chain issues), and I sent the cart back for a couple more upgrades, Zac took care of me and proved that they are a reputable company that you can depend on. I'm going to love this cart, lights, turn signals, extra seating, custom seats, USB ports and an incredible sound bar. Thank you Zac and everyone at Masek for putting this thing together. . ~Michael
