Great Service! I had a tire blowout while passing through nearby & was towed here for service. They examined all of my tires, recommended replacing 3 (they were original to the vehicle & nearly 10 years old, so not an unreasonable or unexpected recommendation; the 1 not recommended for replacement was much newer as they recognized), and had me in & out and back on the road in under an hour.

Just go to a dealership for all you’re vehicles needs. I’ve trusted Les Schwab (this particular location) for years. Never had an issue till today. 2nd alignment in 3 months. Drove the car in this morning, everything was perfectly fine. No clunks whatsoever. Leaving, we noticed any slight bump would cause this obnoxious clunk. Car doesn’t feel safe anymore. Dissatisfied that les Schwab isn’t taking responsibility for messing up my car. What was a perfect Q60, is now a car that sounds like my passenger side tire is about to fall off. Wasting gas, time and money. After sending multiple family members here for tires/alignments, I won’t be advocating for this shop anymore. Seems like they can care less about taking responsibility for an issue that arose after the work they had done. Thanks for ruining my car.

I had a screw in my tire and had gone to Walmart for them to pull the screw and say there was no leak. After losing 5 lbs of air every hour I went to Les Schwab. They were excellent! They took 20 minutes to fix my tire and then insist no charge because of my experience at Walmart. Very Professional and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this place

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I've use Les Schwab at this location a few times since it was opened. My son went today to repair a tire that has a nail in it, they said they cant repair it because it's too close to the edge which is understandable. But they will not put wheel bolts back on because they said it was swollen. They charged him $130 for the bolts which is something we could of done ourselves especially living right accross the street from them. It's not great when you have to take advantage of elders and young people.

It was completely finished in 45 minutes or less. Thanks again guys I have never been so satisfied with a tire shop. I got new tires on my 250 from here also and I love them. Definitely only going here for my tire needs. Thanks again Steve 😊 I couldn't get anyone else name for props as they were all running pretty fast to get the jobs done 👍 I highly recommend this establishment. 👌

For a company with a good reputation, I was a little disappointed by the customer service. I came in for a tire rotation and flat repair. The lady at the front desk was sweet. This guy from the shop comes in and was like, "We can't fix your tire, here are three options." VERY impersonal, gave very brief information about each option. Considering I'm about to spend $1,000 on tires, I somewhat expect a little more professionalism. I slightly regret saying yes, but I think I was just more confused on what actually happened. I think if the company is going to have the shop guys promote your tires, they should focus on their approach.

This place is always helpful. I’ve walked in with no appointment two times in the past year with a screw in my tire and a spare that needed mounting back and a nail in the tire of my brand new truck. Both occasions I had someone greet me with a smile and help me out free of charge. Even after I expected and offered to pay for at least their time. The response I got was, “no worries, I know you’ll buy your next set of tires with us.” That is customer service! Hard to come by these days no matter where you go. I will absolutely give them a call when my stock tires run low and it’s time to add some taller ones. Thank you Giovanni and the rest of the LS team at this location! “

The service was beyond perfect. They took good care of us. We had a flat and we got a tire to get back to get the last 3. Service was great. Casey was great to work with and talk to. You want great tire service and excellent customer service this is the place to go. Clean shop, fast service. I can't express how they have helped us. Check them out, you'll be impressed.
