My big issue is with the pricing when I booked the appointment was shown one price, which is already higher than the competition but I was willing to pay it for the convenience of a Saturday appointment. Ended up getting charged about $125 above that with no real explanation. Didn’t want to argue with the guy working the register but definitely plan to follow up with the store manager. ~M
