Never go through these guys. Bought a “new” stereo for my jeep and it wouldn’t work. Found out after arguing with them that someone else returned that specific unit due to issues. Next scenario we bought a detailing Groupon and they tried to add extra charges but couldn’t explain why when we went to pick up our car. Very shady!

I just purchased and had a remote start for my lexus is350 everything worked good and the rep that helped me out (Derek), was extra cool made you feel comfortable as he knew his stuff. The only reason they dont get five stars is bevause they installed the wrong remote start.

I have no issue with the tint install appears to have been done well. My big issue is with the pricing when I booked the appointment was shown one price, which is already higher than the competition but I was willing to pay it for the convenience of a Saturday appointment. Ended up getting charged about $125 above that with no real explanation. Didn’t want to argue with the guy working the register but definitely plan to follow up with the store manager.

Went in with my wife and immediately Jacob was there to help out and help us choose our stereo and speakers, super informative and patient with us the whole way through. Truck was done when they said and before leaving Jacob took the time out of his busy day to show me how to use and tune the new Kenwood stereo we purchased. He went the extra mile for me and that’s extremely appreciated and definitely will recommend Car Toys to my friends and family.

The experience dropping my truck off was great, however picking my truck up was a different story the staff was very pushy and rushed us from the second we walked through the door, upon getting my pick up home I saw bubbles in the tint, I asked that ceramic tint was used and we got charged for ceramic but I don’t think they used ceramic tint. Nothing was explained to me on warranty or bubbling, all that was said as we were headed out the door is don’t roll windows down for a week at least! Now I have used car toys in Greeley for multiple different stereos that I have had installed and they were great, but I am not impressed with the bubbling on the tint, or that fact that I am pretty sure they didn’t use ceramic tint but charged me for it.

Good overall experience that started off rocky, but was immediately corrected. The new speakers I purchased were everything I was expecting and more. They did a great job with the install and will definitely be back to upgrade again.
