I have rented from this branch for years. Kyle and Carlos are wonderful to work with however today the current intern working at this location needs to understand hierarchy and respect Kyle as her manager. If he says it’s okay, there is no reason to undermine his decision and give me a lecture when it was crystal clear that Kyle and I have a long-standing business relationship. Typical inconsiderate employee who only wanted to have the last word and is doing too much. Respect your manager!! She was not even involved in the transaction but decided to step in and speak as though she is the manager. As a repeat and loyal customer to this branch, I hope and pray she is not hired. She can work in a call center because she has zero understanding of establishing a rapport with customers. ~Noemi
