Best, outgoing and friendly service ever. Laramie Stone took care of me and I couldn't be happier with her service. She helped me through the whole process and made it so easy to understand. Picking up and returning was quick and easy as well. Great, quick place to rent a car. Best in Greeley.

Rental was nice and clean and they did get me in a cheaper rental that originally was booked but I had to wait two days before I could get my rental because every time I tried to called them back to either confirm the rental or to just get ahold of them it would either ring for 20+ minutes. I would have to call multiple times in a row to get an answer and then when I finally got ahold of someone my pick up date was moved. Then when I needed to extend my rental I spoke to a customer services rep on the phone who sounded like she was at a call center and even though she said my rental was extended when I drove and physically went into the store they had heard nothing of me wanted to extend my rental.

I give this Enterprise location 1 star. Empty promises and excuse after excuse. I have a large family and was told they could fit me into a bigger vehicle before end of close the day I picked up rental. I called by end of day. Excuse for not having vehicle ready is that it needs oil change. The representative says vehicle will be ready next day by 11am. I politely asked representative to please call me if vehicle will not be ready because I have to pick up children. Nobody called me. I then call at 1pm. Representative now saying she can't get ahold of anyone at the shop who was doing the oil change. I expressed my frustration about not getting a call like I asked. All representative said was in sorry just like before when I expressed my concerns about not communicating. I feel like I'm being lied too because of no follow up calls and oil changes do not take days.

Get this I rented a car from enterprise in Greeley. I picked it up after 5 and was told to look for damages. Well the car had a half a tank of gas it was dirty and it was dark so I didn’t or couldn’t see anything. Long story short I came out one morning and the rental had a chip in the windshield that spidered out . Nothing hit the windshield while I was driving the car. I had to pay like 400.00$ for that windshield. My boyfriend rents a car at the same place and a truck passed him and cracked the side drivers window, it was worse than the windshield. He did not have to pay a dime for that window. Thay had to replace the driverside side window, they repaired my windshield. So wth does anyone have an answer to my question why do I pay and he don’t.

Amazing staff! I've had bad experiences renting a vehicle before but thr Greeley location exceeded my expectations. They worked with me on my preferences, and were professional, and friendly. I definitely will use them again.

I Was charged a $300 deposit that I wasn’t told about. My credit card was charged $1069.00 three days into a week rental. The car I was given was a POS with rattles under the dash. Just a very bad experience and I will never rent from them again and will tell friends and family as well. Always a hidden charge or misleading information. Never again!

Oh Enterprise employees always let me down... Review is based on facts. 4/09/2021 I reserved a car late that night. On 4/10/2021 I received a call confirming my rental. I confirmed the appointment and asked if I was a little late would that be OK? The employee I spoke to said yes. 04/12/2021 I call at 7:30am to ask and make sure it's still OK to show up about a hour late. This time I was told NO. They only work by reservation. 9:30am would be the next available. So I got off the phone got l and looked online and made another reservation for 8:30am Within in 5 minutes I received a call from Emma at Enterprise informing me I would still have to show up at 9:30am not 8:30am. At this point I was frustrated, I said well maybe I should go to hertz. At which point Emma from Enterprise said, I can cancel these so you can gladly take your money elsewhere. I was shocked, to say the least. So I got off the phone called Hertz made a reservation. Called Emma from Enterprise to cancel the reservation there. I asked Emma for the district supervisor number which she refused to give me. What I learned is Enterprise in Greeley doesn't want your money. They would rather you give it to Hertz. Thank you Emma, the treatment I received at Hertz was like I was family. They really care about you at Hertz. Thank you again Emma! Hertz will have my business from now on.

My son was in a car accident and we had to find a rental car. The staff especially Jose were wonderful! He helped us every step of the way! Highly recommend this location. Staff goes above and beyond for their customers and I will definitely come back in the future!

I had tried to book a car at a location closer to my home online. I received message that I would receive a call from another location. I received a prompt phone call explaining the location I tried to book with was closed and was offered a rental from this location. The associate was courteous and expedited my rental process quickly making it possible to keep my intended travel plans. The car was clean and ready when i arrived to pick it up she even started the car to get AC going as it was extremely hot day. I was given quick but thorough explanation of other services offered from Enterprise for my rental. I did take the roadside assistance option for a minimal fee. I did not feel pressured to accept any extra services. The associate answered my questions with knowledgeable and professional answers. Returning the car was just as easy as picking it up. I appreciate very much that my time was valued and I was taken care right away! I will be renting again from this location as the customer service was exceptional.
