We exchanged our vehicle here because the brake pad needs to be replaced (This is a serious issue, given it's brake pad). We had a luxury reservation (BMW X3), but ended up get a base model of Chevy Equinox. We missed our eyeglass in the first vehicle. Called several times. They said they will get back to us, but unfortunately they never get back. It seems they don't care about customers, once you have paid the money. This location is not a branch you can file lost and found form online, so it's almost impossible to get your item back if you happen to miss anything there ~Dingze
