We exchanged our vehicle here because the brake pad needs to be replaced (This is a serious issue, given it's brake pad). We had a luxury reservation (BMW X3), but ended up get a base model of Chevy Equinox. We missed our eyeglass in the first vehicle. Called several times. They said they will get back to us, but unfortunately they never get back. It seems they don't care about customers, once you have paid the money. This location is not a branch you can file lost and found form online, so it's almost impossible to get your item back if you happen to miss anything there

I rented for 8 days a full size car in Vail, Colorado. It was very nice to receive an upgrade to a midsize SUV. It was almost new and well cleaned vehicle. I think Alamo did a great job and do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thanks, Armando Z Miami FL

Indy Airport is the best and getting to National is close and easy. Car selection in the Emerald Aisle was plentiful and we had no issues even with a late arrival time. We use National whenever we visit as well as all the other places we go including North Carolina, Hawaii and Las Vegas. Never had a bad experience.
