Everyone was kind and friendly, best of all we got upgraded to a Denali! The rental process from start to finish was smooth and easy, especially since we needed two car seats. We definitely will be using Avis again. ~Judinee

We exchanged our vehicle here because the brake pad needs to be replaced (This is a serious issue, given it's brake pad). We had a luxury reservation (BMW X3), but ended up get a base model of Chevy Equinox. We missed our eyeglass in the first vehicle. Called several times. They said they will get back to us, but unfortunately they never get back. It seems they don't care about customers, once you have paid the money. This location is not a branch you can file lost and found form online, so it's almost impossible to get your item back if you happen to miss anything there ~Dingze
