I set up my appointment through my insurance and was told my glass would be fixed by Safelite. The next day after not getting a phone call or email I called back to find out Quick Set Auto Glass would be doing the work. I called them to verify my appointment. I called a few minutes before my appointment to let them know that I would be 15-20 minutes late. Upon arrival, I waited about 15 minutes and finally spoke to Andrew which took me around the shop to look for my replacement glass. It was not there, so he informed me that he could have it by Wednesday for $1900.00 when my deductible is $1000.00 or go through my insurance who set up the appointment to begin with. UGH!! ~Bryson

Here's why I won't buy another trailer from Intermountain: We financed a trailer and the finance company charged us an extra $250.00 in error. The finance company said it was something only Intermountain could fix. But Intermountain refuses to fix their mistake. Evidently $250.00 is worth more to them than doing right by their customers. ~Keith

My dad got us Taco Bell this afternoon, went through the drive thru and had the order delivered SEALED to his car. He came back home, and this is one of my chalupas I unwrapped as soon as I took it out of the bag. I don’t usually have an issue when an order of mine is messed up, ESPECIALLY during the holidays. However, to receive what appears to be eaten food, I have an issue with it. This isn’t quality and this isn’t acceptable. ~Dallas

Unique and fun day with the family but a little different than what I expected. My kid had a blast at the kiddie carnival rides and so did I because the workers let me ride with her for free which never happens at carnival type rides. Also the tickets for the rides didn’t cost much at all very happy with that. Was just hoping for more of vintage type clothing shops not second hand modern clothing and carnival stuffed animals and toys for kids. ~Morgan
