This company is not customer orientated. Phone service is terrible. Make sure to get everything in writing specifically pickup requests. If you make the pickup request by phone, they will not pickup, or delay and then charge you for the extra time claiming that you had nothing in writing.

Steve came to service our trailer that was having a funny smell. He was GREAT! He called when he was on his way, he problem solved to see if he could find the source of the issue and stayed until the job was done. He was very polite, punctual and FUNNY! He provided excellent customer service and he even called us back today to make sure our issue was still solved. Thanks Steve!

trying to get multiple units to complete a home project...never heard back from rep... awweeesome customer service ... UPDATE: called MOBILE MINI and got taken care of. i guess this is why they're the best in the biz.
