I set up my appointment through my insurance and was told my glass would be fixed by Safelite. The next day after not getting a phone call or email I called back to find out Quick Set Auto Glass would be doing the work. I called them to verify my appointment. I called a few minutes before my appointment to let them know that I would be 15-20 minutes late. Upon arrival, I waited about 15 minutes and finally spoke to Andrew which took me around the shop to look for my replacement glass. It was not there, so he informed me that he could have it by Wednesday for $1900.00 when my deductible is $1000.00 or go through my insurance who set up the appointment to begin with. UGH!!

These guys are truly amazing! I have used these guys several times with several different cars.Not only are they fast, but they are professional. Andy is always here to help and gets me in as soon as he can .
