Here's why I won't buy another trailer from Intermountain: We financed a trailer and the finance company charged us an extra $250.00 in error. The finance company said it was something only Intermountain could fix. But Intermountain refuses to fix their mistake. Evidently $250.00 is worth more to them than doing right by their customers.

They lost our brand new trailer and would not take responsibility! We purchased the trailer from them, but picked it up ourselves from the assembly plant and dropped it off for lettering. Found out three months after closing a stolen trailer claim with our own insurance company that Intermountain had lettered it with another companies logo and sent it to that customer. We only discovered the error because the other customer called us wondering when we were going to get our trailer from their yard.

Good for parts, yet service is not so good. Rude older guy behind the counter "to the right" that's just a bore to deal with. But the other guy to the left great to deal with! Any time.

Got the parts you need but the labor is a rip off. They'll do a 30min job and just cause they book says 2 hiurs then they charge for 2hrs labor
