Great after hours staff! Especially Matt in after hours parts! He helped us out in a pinch and still had a great attitude after I sent him on a scavenger hunt to find a bunch of parts to make the plug-in work. Overall very friendly and nice people.

6/2/21 i get installed CPC, and it failed at 08/13/21, in Oklahoma city OK it's within 2 months, and freightliner in Oklahoma city OK ordered new CPC because i had Warranty for 12 months but it never show up after 2 months i come and ordered a new CPC Transwest freightliner in Brighton Co where i first installed the one failed within 2 months the Date i ordered was 08/29/21 but it never show up, then i get a use one from another person i installed my self and wait for the warranty the Oklahoma freightliner never back me back but after 5 months and 15 days i get part department my my new CPC arrived and they asked me if I want to install, and i said i want to install i bring at paperwork but unfortunately they blamed me that i late for 3 weeks and my warranty expired because it passed one year and 5 months and half that i was waiting isn't counted everything is my fault because when they called me I wasn't come immediately thou i come as soon as it possible. 0 star for me

I have no reason to give any bad marks so considering this fact I can still honestly say that if I had need of their type of services ide be highly likely to take my business here. So with this in mind, I recommend you give this outfit a try although my recommendation is only based on very limited info. Nonetheless, if you do business here go ahead and review them in order to educate all of us on their business practices.

Their policy for making repair down payment requires you to hand write your credit card information (and authorize use of credit card) on a paper form and send it to them via email. This is by far the most sketchy and insecure policy I've ever heard of. If a hacker were to obtain that form they have written permission to use your card. Asinine!

Had a hard time finding anyone to service my box truck in the Denver area. I blew a wheel hub seal coming into town on I 70 and needed leaf springs replaced, which I picked up on the way here. When I first checked in with Kendra, she made it sound like I would be there for a few days while waiting on U-bolts. I spent the night there and in the morning got a call to pull over to the bays. The U-bolts got there this morning and they had all the work done by 1PM. I was prepared to wait a few more days. It cost over 2 grand. The overall experience was expensive but worth it.

A shout out to to Mr. Josh in customer service for attending my needs and assisting me with the fixing of my tractor. With my company there's a love-hate relationship but with all due respect no one was disrespectful and my tractor works perfectly! I was impressed by the full service they have for us drivers such as an ATM, driver's Lounge, Wi-Fi area, and etcetera.

This place is huge! Excellent service and Ricky, in the Body Shop, did a magnificent job repairing my High Roof Ford Transit!! If you have an RV that needs some work, this is the place to go!

1 star is to good for this place. In December 2021, we brought our commercial vehicle in for an oil change & other issues we needed fixed. Upon the service tech DIAGNOIS of what they "found", they fixed. $2, 000.00 later we are still having the SAME EXACT ISSUES WE HAD WHEN WE BROUGHT THE TRUCK IN, ONLY WORSE!!!!!. Upon a phone call from my husband to the service manager, nothing was accomplished, except for $2,000.00 worth of "sorries". Next phone call was to the higher up, Mr. Jim Schoff. & a whole lot more of $2,000.00 worth of "sorries" He said he would "try" on Monday 01.24.22 , to get our account credited & get back with us. It is now Thursday, 01.27.22 & no word from him. So if you like spending your hard earned money for poor, costly service, rotten communication, then this is the place for you. & just a P.S. Fountain, Colorado branch is just as bad if not worse.

*Update* Transwest reached out right away and said this is not how we do business. They took care of the issue. I look forward to purchasing a new truck from them once they come in.
