We have taken our 80s vintage Kentucky double drop furniture trailer from Monarch Marching Band Program to them for annual inspections for years. Absolutely take care of all issues at a very fair price. They are busy, because they are so good!!!! Work has been excellent! And if you want parts for just about everything on trailers - they generally have in stock.

If this review was based on our sales experience a few years ago it’s a 5. If it was based on the few times we have dealt with Derek in service over the last few years it’s a 5. Never would we have imagined the lack of respect and disregard to customer service as we have received from Mike in the Parts Dept. Fourty years in the trucking business and never have we had to deal with such an arrogant, no follow thru, and disrespectful individual. Sorry we moved on down the road where we found a more competent and customer service oriented company to deal with.

I spoke with the owner for quite awhile getting aquainted with my first Landoll purchase at another dealer, he spent lots of time with me knowing full well I was looking at a used trailer elsewhere. Now I own the trailer I called the parts department looking for brakes, the gentlemen I spoke with knew the common part # for what I after and gave it to me making it a jiffy to find the shoes I needed urgently in Durango.

Very incompetent company for selling trailers. They misadvertised the trailer- listed fully loaded trailer that was red and when I got there the trailer was the base with no features that were in the ad and black. When it comes to financing they do not tell you it will take several days to get the trailer picked up, that is due to the finance company but should still be explained, when it comes to the finance process the lady you deal with is kind of a nightmare. After I got through this whole process I was able to pick the trailer up, I like the Doonan trailer so far. However, as I am now out of my temporary permit they inform me they did not do there job and collect taxes, and then inform me that its a new law, I am dealer I know the law its been a law as long as I can remember, they will literally lie to cover their tracks. I from the beginning informed them I needed it all financed as I did not have extra cash to pay for the trailer up front, now I am getting close to registration I am required to pay almost $1000 to pay taxes that should have been financed, when you discuss this with them they threaten and again have no customer service. I will buy a Doonan again, I WILL NOT buy from this incompetent company.

I tried to leave a 2012 aluminum step deck trailer in fairly good shape on consignment: they low ball the value as if I was trying to sell it. I was trying to give them 10% of whatever free money and all they wanted was sell me $3,000 in repairs. Don't waste your time in this S hole.

We have couple of trailers which needed minor work done to it. I took it there for at least 4 times to get the work done. Rocky was the guy who worked on my trailers, but never fixed it the way it supposed to. I had to take it back couple of times for the same problem. The last time I called and took my trailer, Rocky totally refused to work on my trailer and told the guy Name Justin in Parts Department to let me know he(Rocky) doesn't want to work on my trailer anymore and I'm not welcome there anymore. Since then I didn't go there and now I'm taking my trailers to Ainsworth Trailer Repairs on 51th St. They are much nicer and does the job the right way at first and then guarantee it for life time not like Rocky who can't even do the job right at first. Owner of the Colorado Semi trailers seems to be a nice guy, but he needs to get someone professional to work on customer trailers. Also parts department employee name Justin needs to be polite and respectful towards customers...... Thanks God, Rocky and Justin who referred me to take my trailer to Ainsworth Trailer Repairs. I would not go anywhere else from now on..... They are Awesome.....
