Silver Lane Wireless

There shop has only things for iphone 6 and 7 the shop is horribly kept and smells horrible. The rep there was nice however did not seem to know much and had to call “his boss” his boss tried to finesse extra money on a commercialized product of which they are a vendor for. He said that they need tk make money even tho the amount they were charging was far higher than the commercialized amount then had the nerve to try to say I was trying to play them. Stay away and save your money. Amazon has better deals for old phone cases and at least there you dont get ripped off. ~Neech

Metro by T-Mobile

I recently went to Metro on Ellington Rd for an upgrade. This was the best upgrade experience I have ever had. Nelly was beyond extremely helpful and made sure I got everything I needed. Trey was very patient in transferring my information (I have a ridiculous amount of contacts as I use my phone for work). The upgrade process for me is always long , I want to thank both Nelly and Trey for their OUTSTANDING customer service, patience and knowledge. I left with a new phone that I am confident is the best choice for my needs and with a phone that is 100% ready to go, I didn't skip a beat. You have a great team in these two! Mobile & More

Terrible service, they have kids working there that don't know much, the guy that works in there is a douche, he ripped me and a couple of my friends off, he sold me phone that doesn't work, I recommend no one to come here, they over charge for everything and it's very hard to work with them, if your looking to get ripped off or if you want a broken phone this is the perfect place to come to. Don't go here, go to Silver lane wireless in silver lane in east Hartford. A lot better service. Thank you. fuc* mobile and more! ~Melon

7-Eleven

Fix your opening hours. It's not open at night. The regular night cashier is an older man & he likes to ignore people, making them wait for quite some time before he decides to go back to the register; and he always looks irritated. I often purchase more items than I can carry & always having to repeat myself just to ask for bags as if it's not obvious in front of everyone else. Then this man has the nerve to look at me as if I have to move asap with my extra 4 arms. This is a regular and annoying occurrence. He's never failed once to plainly demonstrate how much he doesn't give a dam about his job, & is single-handedly the worst cashier I've dealt with. If it were up to me, I would've been eager to fire him a long time ago. ~Passed

Walgreens

I've had so many issues just refilling my prescription that has been the same for many years. They even refilled it with the wrong amount. Had I not noticed I would have been out half of my meds. The person behind the glass acted as if she couldn't do anything about it. Finally suggested that I cancel it and put in back in again. Horrible customer service. The latest round of issues was that my prescription all of a sudden would have to be filled at a specialty pharmacy. Needless to say I'm switching. These meds are essential to my life. Customer service has continued to go down hill. Unconcerned staff and not knowledgeable. ~Jay

CVS

Normally a decent experience at this CVS store, however, one of the frontend cashiers needs more training. On 3/27/22, she was stuck on refund without a receipt. She took a while (maybe 10 minutes) before calling her manager to respond for assistance. The manager came, impatiently resolved the issue, and quickly left. The line was growing. It was then my turn and the cashier didn't know how to complete my MoneyGram transaction. Over the next 20 minutes, she called her manager twice without a response, then searched aisles for the manager. The line built up even more and customers grew frustrated and impatient. The cashier was alone and torn between my MoneyGram, waiting for management support, assisting self check out, and a growing line. She was overwhelmed and undertrained, and I blame management. In short, a simple MoneyGram transaction turned into a 30 minute wait. ~Kelly
