They give you a receipt a mile long with all kinds of coupons tried to redeem one used the same phone number I always use lady at the counter tells me that number dosen't correspond with the number on the coupon WHAT? Could not use the coupon a total rip off why don't they just save paper

Normally a decent experience at this CVS store, however, one of the frontend cashiers needs more training. On 3/27/22, she was stuck on refund without a receipt. She took a while (maybe 10 minutes) before calling her manager to respond for assistance. The manager came, impatiently resolved the issue, and quickly left. The line was growing. It was then my turn and the cashier didn't know how to complete my MoneyGram transaction. Over the next 20 minutes, she called her manager twice without a response, then searched aisles for the manager. The line built up even more and customers grew frustrated and impatient. The cashier was alone and torn between my MoneyGram, waiting for management support, assisting self check out, and a growing line. She was overwhelmed and undertrained, and I blame management. In short, a simple MoneyGram transaction turned into a 30 minute wait.

To the woman in the pharmacy who CLEARLY hates her job. Thank you for making an already awful day, WORSE. If you do not like your job, find another where you don't have to speak with other humans. Rude, nasty tone and ugly attitude. Also, wait until a customer LEAVES before you speak poorly of them. Unbelievable.

Very rude!!!!!! I needed to purchase an item but didn't realize they had self checkouts (they don't have many of those where I'm originally from..just moved here) and the man with the scragly beard (manager?) rudely exclaimed, "There's self-checkouts!" acting as if I had oh so terribly disrupted his own job. After checking out he gruffed and impatiently handed me my change. Didn't offer one single word of kindness of course but the lady behind me got a "hi, how are you"? Never again. Always treat others with kindness ❤...I don't care how bad of a day you've had. No excuses.

I needed a box of face mask to buy so I asked the store manager to show me where the item was located and he showed me very rude attitude for just asking him where an item is located. He is suppose to be an example to other associates and if a whole manager can behave in such unprofessional way, how much more the other associates? It’s a shame. CVS should do something about such unprofessionalism at that store. SHAME!!!!!

Hands down one of the nicest staff front including pharmacy!!! I haven’t gone to the pharmacy for almost 15 years because they were so rude ( not this CVS store) Gave CVS at 16 Main Street East Hartford and I’m so thankful I did!!! Thank You to all the staff!!!

Terrible customer service. I was waiting at the drop off counter for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from three pharmacists that all saw me standing there. They walked past busy doing other work.
