Very disappointed. I was told by a salesman that my phone was valued at $500 leaving a balance of 200 toward a new phone. He lied!!! My trade in was only valued at $350. He’s not supposed to tell you what your phone is worth. They don’t know till it is inspected by techs at att. Anyway. I never would have upgraded had I known it was going to be so expensive! Sooo angry!! I’ve been with Att to long to be treated so poorly. ~Bev

I called to downgrade my plan as I didn't need the voice or cable anymore. Angela was great, she asked me questions about what I needed and helped me cut my internet bill while also increasing the speed. She was very polite and helped with all my needs. by reading all the reviews I was prepared for a battle. She made the transition very smooth. ~Macy
