Very disappointed. I was told by a salesman that my phone was valued at $500 leaving a balance of 200 toward a new phone. He lied!!! My trade in was only valued at $350. He’s not supposed to tell you what your phone is worth. They don’t know till it is inspected by techs at att. Anyway. I never would have upgraded had I known it was going to be so expensive! Sooo angry!! I’ve been with Att to long to be treated so poorly. ~Bev
