My friend and I made appointments for us to get acrylics and pedicures and when we arrived they confirmed our acrylic and pedicure appointment. After getting our acrylic sets, they said we never made pedicure appointments and that they couldn’t give us pedicures and to come back another time. I’ve never had such a bad experience before, so wildly unprofessional. ~Caitlin

Ridiculous wait times in drive thru pharmacy as well as inside the building . I wish I could just do the mail order service but certain meds aren’t allowed to be mailed . I was forced by insurance changes to switch pharmacies and am so irritated by this . Every single time , it doesn’t matter what time of day I am waiting 20 or more min for my prescriptions that I was told are ready , as well as numerous meds not being in stock . What a horrible corporation, For all the money that they take in you would think they would pay employees an enticing wage so things would be run smoothly . ~Paige

This gas station IS NOT OPEN AT NIGHT. This gas station looks like it’s open but it IS NOT. If you come to Old Saybrook after 11 to get gas here, you will be harassed and followed by the town police, and 8/10 times being pulled over. Please stop at exit 65 for Mobil which is 24 hours. -Resident of town over- ~Amber

Absolutely outstanding service. So good that we had to stop one more time before leaving the area. With paleo and non paleo options, there is a little something for everyone. If we pass through the area again, The Tea Kettle will most certainly be a stop! ~Colin

I hate to say this was my first time in West Marine! What a fantastic store!! They have everything you need for almost any outdoor activity. The people were nice and helpful, and the prices are pretty good. Tons of Yeti stuff!! ~Peter

I contacted HA Latham for an in-house move. We had extremely large couches that my husband and I could not figure out how to get through a doorway, additionally they were extremely heavy. HA Latham was able to schedule us within a few days at a very reasonable price, comparatively. The two men they sent out were polite, professional, and got the job done very quickly and made it look easy!
