I can't say enough good things about the sales, installation and service by Overhead Door Company of Norwich. We have been in our house for 15 years. In May, the spring snapped. Since the door was rusting because of the salt in my husband's sander, we decided to replace the door. Charlie, the salesperson, was available to come out the next day. He used to be a technician so he was able to fix the spring while we was here so that we were able to use the door until the new door came in. Because we face east and are up on a hill and with memories of Irene, we purchased a door with a windload of 140 mph. The installation technician, Matt, did an outstanding job with attention to detail both inside and out. We greatly appreciate that he programmed the keypad code for us. After he left, I noticed that we didn't have a slide lock that we use to secure the door when the power goes out. It turns out that I neglected to include it when I ordered the door. I called the next morning and another technician, Doug, was out here that afternoon to install it. We have other properties where we used the Overhead Door Company of Norwich for both installation and serve... They are timely, expert and thorough in their work and we highly recommend them. ~LuciraJane

I worked with this bank for almost four years. They did not support from the minute we closed the small business loan. Further, though payments were being made, they still demanded the loan due while our business was fully impacted from Covid. They also sent miscalculated payments (clearly in their favor), and when it came to SBA assistance programs, we had to follow up with them to share the latest. There are many banks out there who will treat you like a human and work with you when you face difficulty (like a global pandemic). This is not one of them. If looking for a personal or business loan, save yourself the pain and frustration of working with this robotic team and find somewhere else. ~Julie

First off let me start with saying the hospitality of this establishment is AMAZING!!!! The staff is welcoming to everyone and knowledgeable about each item on their menu!!!! I will attach pictures to show you the portion of the entrees we’re more than enough to meal plan for the next day!!! Item are fresh and plated in a way that takes your eyes on a 3D adventure to flavortown; not to mention that your taste buds will be on a world wind flavor rollercoaster!!!! Lastly, after complementing the amazing services and management I must include the kitchen staff!!! I watch them work as a team playing entires for parties of 4 to 6 to 8 in minute and 45 seconds to 2 mins in 15 seconds from plate to table!!! That means your food upon is hot, steaming and sizzling!!! ****no sitting under a heat lamp on a line for 5 mins or more**** This establishment is beyond a work of art in how they run and how they serve their guest!!! Please take the time to visit this restaurant and enjoy some of the best service that a restaurant in foxwoods has to offer!!!! ~Ashley

I visited here on 2/27 around 9pm ordered large Macha Latte. As soon as she handed the drink to me and it was very light. And this is what I got. Literally 1/4 or 1/3 is empty. I am usually okay with cup not filling full because of foam. But this was not right. I asked her its not full. She said thats how they make it without apology. Believe me. I have been going this dunkin and other locations more than 10years and this is first time I saw cup is served empty like this. And this is my first time posting review regarding dunkin. I didnt post any review even the hot chocolate tasted like water. And she said she can make it another one but it will be same. I asked her I dont need new one and all I need is jusy fill up the rest with steamed milk and macha powder. Of course she made a new one same amount as the one she already gave me. I took it and when I tasted,both lattes were so bitter I had to go back again and asked for sugar. Either she doesn’t know how to measure milk and powder or she is using wrong size of cup to measure. ~김혜빈
