I visited here on 2/27 around 9pm ordered large Macha Latte. As soon as she handed the drink to me and it was very light. And this is what I got. Literally 1/4 or 1/3 is empty. I am usually okay with cup not filling full because of foam. But this was not right. I asked her its not full. She said thats how they make it without apology. Believe me. I have been going this dunkin and other locations more than 10years and this is first time I saw cup is served empty like this. And this is my first time posting review regarding dunkin. I didnt post any review even the hot chocolate tasted like water. And she said she can make it another one but it will be same. I asked her I dont need new one and all I need is jusy fill up the rest with steamed milk and macha powder. Of course she made a new one same amount as the one she already gave me. I took it and when I tasted,both lattes were so bitter I had to go back again and asked for sugar. Either she doesn’t know how to measure milk and powder or she is using wrong size of cup to measure.

Not only is that illegal, but it explains why the donuts were out of stock... Who ever manages this store need to get their act together... Can't blame the employee though, she was super sweet.

This Dunkin' is always so good at making sure their customers get their food quickly and exactly the way they want it. They went above and beyond today. They were out of Vanilla Bean Coolatta Mix, so I replaced it with French Vanilla swirl. Amanda, who I believe is the manager, thought my coffee looked too light so she gave me another shot of espresso for free just to make sure I was in love with my coffee. Thank you Amanda!

Mediocre at best. Stopped in at 10am on a Saturday. 1 variety of muffins available (2 chocolate to be more accurate), 1 variety of munchkins available (and only 25 of those). Drive thru was slow (probably having to check stock on every order). Just not the fast convenient selection DDs advertises.

I normally have great experiences with this Dunkin’ & their staff but today I told them my coffee was made wrong and the girl laughed, shrugged and then walked away. It tasted like water and I had to throw it away after one sip. If I’m spending over $4 on a coffee, I’d like it to be made correctly. So disappointing.

Not happy at all! Went inside to order. Woman at counter said "ill b right with u" I was the only customer. She then took a phone call. I over heard her talking about hours. She then looked at me and walked into the back, still on phone. She NEVER came back! I stood there for almost 10 mins b4 I asked someone from drive thru to help me! No customer service! WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS STORE!!!

Well what can I say, Its Dunkin Donut's. Lol. The employees are very nice & respectful. SOMETIMES it gets crowded but then again what Dunkin isn't crowded sometimes. Hey if there's A long line then at least you know that your coffee will be hotttt,nice & fresh. Until you get to the front of the line it sucks but at least it will be well worth the wait!

I drove 10 minutes out of my way to pick up a box of coffee and a dozen donuts for my fellow nurses that work 24 hours a day at the emergency room. So I guess this means they always have an old pot of coffee ready to serve they didn't have enough coffee to make a box of coffee

Hey if there's A long line then at least you know that your coffee will be hotttt,nice & fresh. Until you get to the front of the line it sucks but at least it will be well worth the wait!
