So I went there to get my front rotors and pads done...my car was making a terrible noise when driving not just braking. They said I needed a new caliber too. So I left the car with them and came back to pick it up when the work was done. I bought the pads and rotors myself since I know parts get marked up if they order them. They charged me 162 dollars for a new caliber And 2 1/2 hours for labor. I get there to pick up the car and the same noise was happening. How did they not here it when they backed the car out of garage? They look at it again and tell me it's a broken strut and give me an estimate of 452 dollars. I leave the car and come back the next day and I get charged more than the estimate was but the lady didn't save it and didn't know where the print out was so I pay the extra charge which was 481 dollars get home and notice there's no new caliber and bring the car back to question why I was charged for a new one. She says she has to call the owner John. He comes in saying she swapped the labor charges so rotor and pads should be 1 1/2 hours and the struts 2 1/2 hours. I say that's not true..the estimate for the 2 jobs were written at different times. She told me herself that it took the mechanic 2 hours but was only charging and 1 1/2 when I tried to explain that meant he owed me an hour in labor he insisted she swapped the labor costs by accident then instead of giving me the cost of caliber back..the 162, he then claims they fixed the caliber and the cost for that is around 40 dollars. Nowhere on the estimate or did she tell me that they had to fix my caliber subtracts that from the cost of the new one and gives me back 129 dollars and a free oil change. How about you honor your estimates and not add things that were never there so you can reduce what you owe literally putting words in her mouth too. She told him that she was only charging me 1 1/2 hours for struts for my inconvenience but he charged 2 1/2 hours and tells me he doesn't rip people off cause he's a christian. You over charge by an hour, added work that was not on estimate, charged for a part you didn't put on and made me come back 3 times to correct problems. How ridiculous. I gave them so much business but I guess I'm going elsewhere. ~Michelle
