So I went there to get my front rotors and pads done...my car was making a terrible noise when driving not just braking. They said I needed a new caliber too. So I left the car with them and came back to pick it up when the work was done. I bought the pads and rotors myself since I know parts get marked up if they order them. They charged me 162 dollars for a new caliber And 2 1/2 hours for labor. I get there to pick up the car and the same noise was happening. How did they not here it when they backed the car out of garage? They look at it again and tell me it's a broken strut and give me an estimate of 452 dollars. I leave the car and come back the next day and I get charged more than the estimate was but the lady didn't save it and didn't know where the print out was so I pay the extra charge which was 481 dollars get home and notice there's no new caliber and bring the car back to question why I was charged for a new one. She says she has to call the owner John. He comes in saying she swapped the labor charges so rotor and pads should be 1 1/2 hours and the struts 2 1/2 hours. I say that's not true..the estimate for the 2 jobs were written at different times. She told me herself that it took the mechanic 2 hours but was only charging and 1 1/2 when I tried to explain that meant he owed me an hour in labor he insisted she swapped the labor costs by accident then instead of giving me the cost of caliber back..the 162, he then claims they fixed the caliber and the cost for that is around 40 dollars. Nowhere on the estimate or did she tell me that they had to fix my caliber subtracts that from the cost of the new one and gives me back 129 dollars and a free oil change. How about you honor your estimates and not add things that were never there so you can reduce what you owe literally putting words in her mouth too. She told him that she was only charging me 1 1/2 hours for struts for my inconvenience but he charged 2 1/2 hours and tells me he doesn't rip people off cause he's a christian. You over charge by an hour, added work that was not on estimate, charged for a part you didn't put on and made me come back 3 times to correct problems. How ridiculous. I gave them so much business but I guess I'm going elsewhere.

Experienced mechanic gives honest opinion when evaluating need for work. Customer service is always excellent. Just now I watched someone getting off shift assist an elderly woman in removing a stick from under her car, even though she had thought she needed a repair made. They also have a military and veterans discount.

Store was clean and organized. Bathroom was a port-o-potty. Not the best experience.

The tow truck came promptly and even though my driveway was challenging with all the snow we had, the driver did a great job. Thank you so much Jonas!!

Scumbags. Will scam any woman that deals with them. My suggestion is that you and all ur friends call the bbb on these bums so they learn and real hard lesson. And if i was these people id take a long hard look at myself and change my ways because the way they do business is totally unacceptable.

Was pretty unhappy with this place. Had a fine experience with the towing, but when it came time for the repair bill, there was a $75 diagnostics fee that no one had mentioned up front. The only thing that was wrong with the car was a loose connection to the battery. The owner tried to tell me I was angry because he was honest and told me it was a battery connection issue and that he could've charged me for a new alternator and I'd have walked away happy because I wouldn't have known. Apparently it took them an hour and a half of labor to figure out the battery was loose when you could turn the key and no lights would come on. I have very little experience with car repair and that was the first thing I thought of. I told the guy as much, and he straight up told me I didn't think of it and "everybody thought it was an alternator problem." To add insult to injury, he offered me a free oil change "at a $34.99 value" and I saw a sign "Oil change: $24.99" in the front of the building as I drove away.

I gave it one star because there isn't a lower rating. This place is a total rip off! I was charged for an alignment that was NOT done. After it was explained to me that I needed an entire new front end, I was told that the could not properly align my truck, however, they still charged me for the work. I do not need a front end, it was just sheer laziness on the technicians part. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER! THERE ARE A LOT OF SLEEZY MECHANICS, THIS SHOP IS FULL OF THEM. I am so angry I refuse to even buy the over priced gas and propane there. If you want honest work go any where else.
