KFC

Kfc food is almost always good, but this KFC in particular almost always has bad service. They pay close attention to their drive thru but neglect to help their line of customers waiting at the counter to order. At any time there are 3 to 4 people or groups of people waiting to order and it usually takes 20ish minutes to order. They take one order and complete it before taking another. I get understaffing is a real issue lately but i have yet to encounter a place this bad with service. Not to mention there are usually 5 employees working most of the time. ~Mike
