Family of 9 came in and order over 150$ worth of food to be stolen by an Uber driver, after getting everything sorted out and getting replacement food we did not get tenders like we ordered and argued with by shakur that we where lying about the tenders we received them, after being disrespected. Jacob was the nicest employee and made sure everything was correct and we had a nice dinner, and did things right my opinion he should be given shakurs position.Horrible experience in all.

Came in with 9 people and spent over 150 dollars the order was stolen bye a door dash driver and the manager shaquir tried arguing that we took it and when they messed up the order after the fact he tried making accusations that we where stealing that too but the manager below him Jacob did a great job resolving the situation

Update: it's a bit better then the last time I went! They're polite and the food is really good. Old: Just got kfc with my mom. $37 for literally old food that did not taste fresh. A small thing of mashed potatoes for $2.49. We ordered a box of chicken tenders, tasted them and I threw it back in the box, didn't taste fresh at all. The fries were hard and also not fresh. They also never asked us for a plastic bag but at the drive thru that's what they put our food in and charged ¢.10 Definitely not worth anyone's time or money.

If you're willing to wait you'll be getting fresh food. In an effort to keep food costs low this particular KFC has decided to basically cook to order. I have eaten at this KFC a few times and on the last trip I went into the lobby to find out why the wait time is sooooo long. That's what I uncovered. If the restaurant owner reads this I also noticed that your entire management freaks out over the wait time in drive thru and lobby. That wait time is not what you think. It was put in place as a compromise between the EPA and the restaurant industry because of the amount of pollution from cars waiting in line. Once upon a time it was a real problem and congress considered a multiple of remedies until the restaurant lobbies came up with the wait clock. Thinking it would lessen the burden. For the most part it works. So if your management thinks by bumping the customer off the screen without being serviced is helping your store it's not! I noticed mass confusion trying to find bumped orders by way of receipts. Just stop bumping customers that haven't been served. It's NOT helping!!

Kfc food is almost always good, but this KFC in particular almost always has bad service. They pay close attention to their drive thru but neglect to help their line of customers waiting at the counter to order. At any time there are 3 to 4 people or groups of people waiting to order and it usually takes 20ish minutes to order. They take one order and complete it before taking another. I get understaffing is a real issue lately but i have yet to encounter a place this bad with service. Not to mention there are usually 5 employees working most of the time.

Last time I got KFC. It was awful. They made it up to us. The chicken was better. But the worse customer service ever. But good chicken

Torrington kfc is the Worst kfc ever I don’t know why they don’t replace it with a chick-fil-a or Popeyes the staff has terrible attitudes the food is always wrong and everything is over priced. When you ask to speak to a manager he is never there or just left and when he is there he gives you a worst attitude than the employees save your time and literally go eat any where else
