Best KFC in the state . Friendly staff fast service like in the old days

The grandkids saw a KFC add and wanted to try it. Sadly I'm on a fixed income so 8 pcs for $14.49 sounded good. They tried to up sell me sides and reiterated 8 pcs Xtra crispy they charged me $22.50!!!! I brought it up with the cashier and was informed everyone asked that and had no answer. So being that they had aline behind me I paid and left never to return to be ripped off again

So I just ordered from here on Uber eats. I paid extra for sauces I never received they also forgot parts of my order including my drink and cookie.

Ordered when I walked in and purchased the 16 piece family meal. It was around 7:30 pm. They were out of chicken breasts which I didnt want anyway so that was ok. It came with 4 sides. I chose 2 potatoes and gravy, Cole slaw and fries. They gave me the sauce I asked for however after checking my meal before I left I did have to ask for my 2nd gravy. They only gave me 1 when I should have received 2. Other than that the service was great, food was amazing and it didnt take too long once I ordered to get my food. Family loved it. WIN for mom!

I'm a diabetic, they only had a basic menu, all fried food! No grilled chicken or veggies, like other locations. This is a milltary area Health is important to family and service people.

I go to the Groton location once, twice a year, and every time I am disappointed. Ive ordered online, drive through, and inside, and I swear... EVERY TIME THE SCREW UP THE ORDER! HOW!?SERIOUSLY, HOW!? Weather its missing something, or cold, or... last night.. pieces instead of tenders, SERIOUSLY, How?! And its every frikin time! Oh, and as a last shoutout, how do you manage to trap half a vat of oil in every-single-piece?? yall are special

Terrible service:(( Went to order just 12 pcs of chickens. Came home and realized they only gave us 10 pcs and charged $1.49 extra for Breast. They weren't even busy at all to make such mistake. I will never go there again!

Apparently the hours stated online and on the door are just hypothetical. Those posts note the restaurant opens at 10:30. It’s 10:55 and the place still isn’t open. See you at Popeyes.

1 mistake, its ok. 2-3 mistakes, fine maybe they were busy or understaffed. It's my 4th attempts today, and their consistent bad service is no longer a surprise; with no straw, no honey/butter packs, big box stuffed in a small paper bag that rips, stale drinks and the sad looking chickens... Even though i live near i would rather drive to another kfc than visiting them again.
