Giovanni was an amazing person to work with!! His knowledge and expertise was astounding. In addition to his customer service skills, he was one of the most personable individuals I’ve ever worked with at Verizon. It was a pleasure to sit and talk with him. Total 5 star customer service. This review is for the store on Farmington Ave in West Hartford. I was greeted immediately and then met with Jae. Ok, Where do I begin.... Jae was beyond helpful. I came in with a waterlogged, smashed phone and he went right to work...after spending (hours) Jae managed to transfer all my contacts and photos to my new cell. He was extremely clever and knowledgeable, also so patient with a great "can do" attitude that immediately put me at ease. And I felt 100% confident he was determined to help. He also took the time to answer many questions I had regarding my new phone, tablet apps and how to do some basic troubleshooting. A true professional. Simply outstanding customer service experience!
